郎溪縣侯村蜜棗專業(yè)合作社于2008年5月登記注冊(cè)。 合作社以棗樹栽培、蜜棗加工及品牌創(chuàng)建為目的，優(yōu)化環(huán)境、增加林農(nóng)收入和促進(jìn)林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整為宗旨，繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)特色產(chǎn)業(yè)，進(jìn)一步深化林產(chǎn)品深加工，提高品牌價(jià)值，服務(wù)涵蓋“產(chǎn)前、產(chǎn)中、產(chǎn)后”全過(guò)程。產(chǎn)前：棗樹的修枝、嫁接和管理，培訓(xùn)方式有現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)訓(xùn)和課堂培訓(xùn) 。產(chǎn)中：對(duì)加工戶傳授傳統(tǒng)工藝加工技術(shù)并督促其嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行食品衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。產(chǎn)后：統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、統(tǒng)一質(zhì)量、統(tǒng)一銷售?，F(xiàn)有社員368人（其中農(nóng)民社員368人），棗園6000余畝，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)企業(yè)一個(gè)。合作社在財(cái)政扶持資金幫助下，通過(guò)幾年來(lái)的努力，建立了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化蜜棗加工生產(chǎn)線，并先后注冊(cè)“侯村”、“高潮湖”商標(biāo)。2008年8月通過(guò)了全國(guó)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)許可，并獲證。系中國(guó)物品編碼中心成員單位。2009年獲市“市級(jí)規(guī)范化農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社”，宣城市旅游商品定點(diǎn)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，2011年獲得宣城市名牌產(chǎn)品，郎溪縣品牌戰(zhàn)略獎(jiǎng)，2012年獲市“市級(jí)規(guī)范化農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社示范社”。
合作社實(shí)行統(tǒng)一品牌、統(tǒng)一技術(shù)、統(tǒng)一質(zhì)量、統(tǒng)一收購(gòu)、統(tǒng)一銷售等“五大統(tǒng)一”，采取“合作社＋企業(yè)+棗農(nóng)”的方式，為廣大社員服務(wù)，實(shí)行統(tǒng)一收購(gòu)、統(tǒng)一銷售，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行食品安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，更好地發(fā)揮合作社雙向優(yōu)勢(shì)，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)，提高農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)和品牌化經(jīng)營(yíng)水平，帶動(dòng)更多的棗農(nóng)發(fā)家致富。
