Ms. Ileane Speaks is a relatively new blog which was started just 5 months ago as a personal weblog. During that time it has evolved into a blog dedicated to the exploration of several topics including a primary focus on introducing beginners to the concepts of social media and social networking.
Ileane’s site is an inspirational one that has its finger on the pulse of the contemporary blogging scene and she is more than willing (and able) to spotlight those sites worthy of attention. One of her recent topics highlighted BlogEngage.com with the help of this inspirational video.
In fact, her video actually encouraged its owner , Brian, to create a short series of official BlogEngage videos that explain all about his blogging community site. Brilliant Ileane = briliane
Her blog makes use of screencasts to deliver how-to videos with step-by-step instructions that offer a convenient, easily accessible format for her readers to enjoy. Her blog also provides variety by addressing real-life situations with an often light-hearted and humorous approach.
Ileane’s Most Popular Posts ( so far! )

I’ve just joined Blogengade. Actually I found it through Ileane’s website. I’m glad I did.
Ileane’s website is definitely worth all the kind words and compliments you have provided here. I have met her also through BlogEngage recently and seen her commenting on my blog too. Very active and supportive. Thumbs up

Both thumbs up – at the very least !
Brillane/Brilane…I can’t tell if it was one or two ls. The point here is I love the new word and it fits perfectly.
I have to tell you – I can’t quite remember how long ago it was but at least (maybe) two years ago, Ileane suggested I started blogging. You see she’s the type of person who always encourages and supports others in their personal endeavors….
…is how I blew her off then. She’s one of those people that you should listen to when she suggests something, she’s always on the money and trust me, you want the JUMP – you wanna be ahead of the game/pack/the rest of ‘em. And, if you follow her advice, I know you’ll come out a winner.
How do I know…because of all the times I didn’t listen until everyone else was doing it.
Hi Kissie, Great to see you here, thanks for commenting – and the name I meant to type was “Brilleane” ( because she is) – but but but ….as often happens – I didn’t check my post carefully enough before publishing. ( must remember to edit that post later today when I get home from work!) . Cheers, Will
Ileane has changed the way bloggers look at blogengage for the rest of our lives. This video was the first in a series they she truly inspired me to do. Right after these videos were released I seen community interaction increased by 200% or 300%.
Ileane started the flow of my created juices and inspired me to create three more video introducing our community, story submissions and status updates. I was supposed to do a few more last weekend but I was out of town.
Keep an eye open for a new release!
We love you Ileane thanks so much for making blogengage a better community. Don’t think I will ever forget what you did for us.
Thanks,
Brian

Great post highlighting a well deserved blogger. Ileane, although I have not known very long, is a very engaging and inspirational person who I took a liking to right away.
I am glad you wrote this, Will. Too often people who really make a difference and try to help others are overlooked while everyone focuses on the A-listers, but where do they think the top bloggers come from to begin with?
Congrats to you and Ileane for a really nice post.

Hi Jimi,
Good to see you here – and thanks for your kind comment which reminds me of my school’s motto …
Concordia Parvae Res Crescunt (small things grow in harmony)
I believe that this will very much apply to #BlogEngage – and many of its members – including ( of course) Ileane
Best wishes
Will
Brad and Alison,
Thanks for the kind words. Brian has created a wonderful community and recruiting new members is my pleasure. I doubt if I would have ever met so many bright, talented people if it weren’t for Brian bringing us together through Blog Engage.
Will,
Wow, what a fantastic write-up. Your support has meant a great deal to me and I’m truly honored that you’ve turned the spotlight on my blog. Making it to your Site of the Day Showcase is like the icing on the blogging cake. Thank you so much.

Thanks Alison – I really liked the fact that Ileane was actively promoting the BlogEngage community initially – but the more I read of her blog, the more I think she’ll be climbing that Alexa ladder pretty quickly. And deservedly so. Cheers, Will
